34 years of prison time for thought crimes

Oscar  Lopez has sat in prison of 33 years of seditious conspiracy. Those who were arrested with him as ‘co -conspirators’ were granted clemency by the Clinton administration all save two. Being a Vietnam who was awarded the Medal of Valor for going back and saving to comrades in arms after an explosion, Lopez could not bear the thought of leaving to comrades behind in prison.
From what I was told by a protester whose name escapes me at this time, eventually so so-called co-conspirators were released.
Lopez however, for showing the State, Puerto Ricans in general what a true man does he remains imprison. As a punishment, clearly as a punishment, for showing people the example of what it means to have the courage of your convictions.
Every American citizen should be demanding the release of Oscar Lopez.
